Project details:
Construction of 9960 sqm footprint 3 stories Church Managed the project, for the main contractor, with following duties:
- liaising with the client representatives, QS, structural consultants and architects
- leading progress (monthly) and health & safety meetings
- preparing the program of work, RAMS (risk assessment and method statement, RFI (request for information)
- quotations of any other extra work
- daily, weekly and monthly reports
- planning of the site organization, field work, equipment
- material orders
- checking the structural drawings, liaise with foremen
- preparing workshop drawings
- plant management
- labour control
- quality assurance and quality control of the materials and structural work
- overseeing the M&E sub-contractors, the workflow in accordance with the program of work, and everything to be in accordance to the technical specifications
- ensuring all assigned work is completed on time and within agreed budget
