Project details:

Structural construction of a covered swimming pool with metallic structure roof and finishes. Project manager, on behalf of the main contractor:

• liaising with the client, contractors, authorities, obtaining all the required permits,
• ensuring the workflow, quality of the structural foundation and swimming pool walls,
• very high finishing standard;
• following the program of work
• managing time and budget of the entire project till completion
• handing over all the required documents in accordance with the legislation
• reporting directly to Director Manager
